Got e-mail for Tech support/customer support executive position. There was three rounds
1)HR 2)Aptitude 3)Operational round. Initial round was HR,where they ask different questions to all candidates like describe yourself or tell me about bengaluru or tell about your college life. After that they will give you a topic to write essay.If selected then they will explain the job role and proceed you for further rounds.

Waiting period was too long but the staffs were very supportive. And the ambience was very impressive. Security was too good. The questions were very easy..overall a good experience

The interview process was of 2 day.
First day I was interviewed at converse placement services, as I had applied through them.
There I had my HR round, AMCAT round, SVAR round and so on, after clearing all the rounds then said to visit the office for client round and document verification round.
At last they will ask you sign a 1 year bond.
Quite easy interview.

Quite easy first was JAM followed by HR, Operations,versent and the last HR round.The questions were basic and quite easy they just see our communication skills and confidence we should answer every question confidently with fumbling
