5 person interview, including me. Lots of questions about what I wanted from the position and what I have to offer HDR. They also asked about projects at school. Most of the people in my interview also went to UNCC
Internal recruiter sent email to set up interview with principals and team. Day of interview 2 principals, 1 pm, and 1 architect conducted interview. No time for questions. Conversation centered around firm culture, firm market reach, and how it is working there.
I had a great interview process with HDR. I was asked about my background and why I applied for this position and how I can add value to the team and the firm

I applied through the company website and was contacted for an interview within 2–3 weeks. The process was straightforward and professional throughout. However communication from the team was quite slow.
