1. Personal interview which can be one to one or telephonic conversation. 2. Computer based test contains general math, English,reasoning and personality test questions. Difficulty level is moderate. After clearing both level HR discussion and all done. Documentation done on date of joining.

Hiring process is damm weird as they dont follow Professionalism and corporate addequetes . I received rejection confirmation after 15 days as initially they advised me about my selection and asked & recieved all related dcoumetn on the same day . So Basically they were not having budget to hire on that level but they promised to provided Offer letter after selection .But post reviewing Salary statement of last organisation they failed to offer same and advised this at end or after 2 weeks with some Lame reason of rejection . Pro : They have beautiful Human Recruiters .
