Basically interview was scheduled for other place but they found me suitable for this position so continued. Interview was taken in 3 rounds (reporting manager, AVP and Director) Based on my availability interview rounds were scheduled. As per HDFC standards they hold variable pay at 31% so not much in hand increases. But I still chose to go ahead because of good organisation and the opportunity they provided.
