Interview process was short and to the point, was finalized same day and Hr round also took place, got the offer 2 days later via email.
was interviewed by the regional head in the first round and hr in the second round.
I was in the pilot batch so the process was relatively easy and there were a couple of tests then an internship and then the selection was based on the performance of the interview.

Questions asked related to past experience. How to generate more account leads and customer handling experience. Not that much difficult. Good communication skills is needed to Crack interview and basic knowledge in banking is required.
