There were 4 stages which were: 1) Resume shortlisting 2)Online aptitude test 3)Group Discussion 4)Personal interview The questions asked in the interview were quite general I was asked to walk through my resume. I was asked about my hobbies, short term goals, long term goals, What motivates me? etc, The aptitude test was easy as well.
