It was GD and PI Process of Recruitment
GD among 12 candidates and then PI round lasted for 15 min
The Interview Process was good and it was quick to make selection of candidates and selected on the basis of merit in GD and PI.

Entrevista
It was Direct Interview through campus placement, it was a very hectic day, I was waiting for my term from 8:30 am, got done with my interview at 7:15 pm
Application & Resume Screening
Apply online or through campus/HR. Resume is shortlisted.
Aptitude / Written Test (mainly for freshers)
Basics of maths, reasoning, English, and banking awareness.
Technical / Functional Interview
Questions on banking concepts, products, customer handling, and role-related knowledge.
HR Interview
Focus on communication, attitude, confidence, culture fit, and career goals.
Final Offer & Background Verification
Offer letter, document check, and joining formalities.
HR round over the call once selected direct face to face interview with the branch manager after getting selected you will be having the one on one call with the HR to discus the package.
