2 step process. Hiring Manager and 2 team mates SQl, Tableau and case study questions. Recruiter was very responsive and acomodating. SQL Questions were average with window functions and ctes.

They make you interview with random people. I interviewed with at least 4 people who I later found out had nothing to do with my team or project. I’m assuming the focus was more on a culture fit. I also don’t think they knew what they were doing to be honest.
