I was interviewed through a staffing agency who met with me at a coffee shop near the office. I met with two members of the staffing agency, though only one of them spoke the entire time which was a little awkward.

Entrevista
Applied online and spoke to the recruiter. The recruiter didn't ask any questions about me and just talked about the role and HD supply for 30 minutes. At the end of the call he said my experience lined up with what they were looking for and he would reach out the hiring manager to schedule an interview. I didn't hear anything for a week and then was sent a rejection email with no context or explanation. Very unprofessional.

You have to wait for a recruiter. Once they call you for a phone interview, your interview at the warehouse. It took 3 days for them to get back with me with an offer.

Fairly straightforward. Went over resume and past job experiences. They asked basic questions. How did you deal with difficult situations? Did you eve have a problem you couldn't solve? Etc
