Submitted online application, received a screening call from HR. Then a phone interview with the hiring manager. Then came in for an in person interview with the hiring manager and 3 others. Had a brief Excel skills test at the beginning and then met with 3 other team members. A couple days later they requested 5 references via an online survey....and then I never heard anything back. Don't ask someone to come in for an interview that's a couple hours long and have them take their time to get 5 people to then take their time to fill out references to not even ever hear anything back. I sent a thank you note...it was pretty unprofessional to not even get a generic "we've gone with another option" email.
