Do not call you back even when you've passed the exam several times. in my second attempt to apply for this position, they were very unprofessional of the other intern to set up a time and never get back to me on the alloted time for the phone interview. I felt that they had already chose a candidate for the job and just did the process for a mere formality of screening. very disappointed by this company

What is the most important thing when you recruit people for an organization?
Did three rounds of interviews, only to not get the job. Had a positive experience and they even showed me a brief tour and walked me out to the reception area so I thought for sure I made a good impression. Really wasted my time and gas driving almost two hours to the location and hours prepping Thanks
