Technically and process is good And the Azure wise modeling and etl questions also very good. Coming to pipeline and all Azure related aslo functions and Azure views creations those are good

2 technical interview rounds 1 final round. First interview was taken on 14th September. The second round around 1.5 weeks after that. The first interviewer was a bit rude and direct. Like he just started asking questions after asking the name and just kept the call at the end without waiting for my reply by saying ok I'm done with the interview. The second person was really nice and polite, he took his time to atleast learn basic stuff about me and then asked questions. After more than 3 weeks on 9th of Oct the HR from HCL called and said you have cleared the rounds and we will conduct a final discussion round on Saturday 10th October. I asked her the time she said you have to be available between 1 and 8. The interviewer can call anytime so please make sure you're not busy at that time. I asked if that can be shifted since it is a weekend and I have prior commitments elsewhere, she said no you will have to give the interview on Saturday only if you want to be selected. I then somehow changed my plans and waited the whole Saturday for the interview. I did not get a call from the interviewer on Saturday. I called the HR multiple times that day and today, Monday, 12th October and mailed her but she refused to reply. I know HCL is a big company but this amazes me how incourteous the big companies are becoming. Just a simple 10 second phone call kr an email would have sufficed to say that we are no longer considering you for that role. Even this is too much and they make the people wait for their call. I know it won't effect have any effect on then since they know whatever they do people will still come to them for work. I hope these things change and these so called "Big" companies remember where they came from or teach the HRs some basic Human values.
