The manager was just asking for proper communication skills, as my designation was for international voice process (night shift) but the salary they offered me was lower than expected but, I didn't complain because it is my first job after all, also it's a long shift of 9 hours plus additional one hour break. at least the hiring manager told me that.

Entrevista
The interview should have started at 10 max but it started at 12 , we were told to arrived at 9 and waited till 11 at a auditorium and was shifted to another place for the interview . At first we had 2 small interviews to access our communication . After that we had to talk a voice assessment ( valent something test ). And they told us to have lunch and when we went for lunch , I was called for the next interview so I finished up quickly went to attend the team lead interview < he basically asked situational questions , talked about salary , it was a chill convo > , it was 4 30 something by the time . I was told to wait till 6 for another interview but i had to catch a train for my home back so I asked for a virtual interview. I had interview the next day and it was okay . What could they even ask for a customer service role

First Interview is good the person is kind and ask more follow up question. Make sure do to best in your introduction because they will depend on that for the next up coming questions.
