Process is really slow and usually takes two months. I think they should increase the workforce in that area. Rest of the things are great. And also like to mention great HR

About the last experience in the last organization
The interview process included these were the different rounds of selection.
First was techno functional round
Second was Managerial round
Lastly the Hr round / Salary negotiations.
One round at a time and upon selection would be scheduled for the next round
The interview was a few years ago. The process involved interview with internal recruiter, PMO manager and senior PM. The senior PM was very thorough and personable. The process was straight forward. I appreciated the professionalism and communication
