It was more of a general communication between the interviewer and everyone else. First it was in a group of 15, then it was moved a one on one conversation. The main purpose of the process was to check fluency and grammatical quality of the spoken english.

Fairly good at the fresher level . Might improve at a certain level . Overall a very good experience with the recruitment agency and the hr from hcl .
