Worst interview experience. From 1st interaction itself I was clear that I wanted Pune/Bangalore location, and I confirmed the same at each stage till HR round. At each stage they confirmed that location is not a barrier and while giving offer they want you to join only Noida location. If they can stand their words during interview, how can you expect ethics from them during job. I rejected the offer. Do not fall prey to them.

You first interview with the HCL manager and then the manager and VP of the department you would get assigned to. That was my experience. It was a group interview the second time around.
It was for a consultant role. Eventually turned out a scam call keeping me in wait and nobody showed up or repsonded back to my calls and queries. This is exhausting for people who move to a new place and are struggling to break the ice and enter the system in a new place.
Once resume is short listed , tag team would reach candidate for further interview process. Schedule for the call, arrange for TP1. There would be 2 technical discussions followed by the HR.
