Multi-step process. Nothing unexpected. Phone screen. Phone interview. Face to face with the hiring manager and one other. Face to face with a senior manager.

Nothing was unexpected. They asked a few questions about having Indian based reports, and if I had experience working hours to support the time zones and India.

Entrevista
I was approached by their internal recruiter on LinkedIn, had first phone call with HR, second interview with a direct manager online and third with department head onsite. I was supposed to get an update in a few days but I was ghosted after the 3rd round and their HR which approached me would not return my messages or phone calls. I was approached by their recruiters twice after that for silimar positions in different teams but I declined due to the very unprofessional behavior.

difficulty in understanding the benefits they offer along with news and notes they provide Salary offered is less than market rate. and relocation is required. Had to think twice before accepting.

Friendly but professional, respectful, and with strong interest in helping through the process of discovering my best fit, interests, and how my skills could help the company. I believe their approach is great and the person i talked with was polite and a good listener
