The worst company I have ever seen till today. The interview process was very long with written test plus 3 rounds where lots of questions were asked. They were ok with everything but after shortlisting earlier they agreed on 30% hike but afterwards they mailed me that we can give only 15%. I advise you all don't even think of resigning from your current company unless and until you feel like trusting them.They can deny from there words anytime.

It started with screening by HR. HR shortlisted candidates after the screening process. The shortlisted candidates were made to write an exam. On the basis of their scores candidates were shortlisted for ops. round. Then ops manager interviewed & further shortlisted for senior managerial round. So basically 4 rounds were there.
