1 was HR and other two were technical which was quite average. One should be confident. Interview was solely based on your experience. If you are fresher, they will test your communication skills and do not forget to read the job description because that will help you.
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It included an initial HR screening followed by a panel interview focusing on HR knowledge, employee relations, and practical scenarios. Overall, the experience was professional and positive.
