I had a very frustrating and unprofessional experience with the interview process.
After a positive initial interview with the recruiter, I was invited to a second-round interview with the hiring manager. I spent a considerable amount of my personal time over the weekend and the week before to prepare, researching their products, competitors, and the company as a whole.
Just five minutes before the interview was set to begin, I received a cancellation email. The recruiter simultaneously messaged me to say they had moved forward with another candidate. This last-minute notice was incredibly disrespectful of the time and effort I put into preparing.
Be warned: the interview process with this company is unprofessional.
Recruiter phone screen, manager 1-on-1, director 1-on-1, HR culture fit interview. Process took about 4 weeks from first call with recruiter. Had a good experience, felt the interview was very quick.
