The interview process are mainly divided into three parts namely HCL HR, HCL Technical Interview, Client Interview. The technical interview is based on your knowledge and experience, while client interview is mainly to assess if you fit the role.

Entrevista
It was brief. Interviewer was late. He didn't show that he was technically sound. Asked a lot of questions and was also unsure of himself. Over promise on career growth and technologies and also flexibility. There was none. Not even Overtime to claim. Even worse the overtime process is nonsense. you work 4 hours you can only claim 2 hours. They will squeeze you in whatever way they can and tell you all good things and stories. What horror stories other engineers you hear from HCL is true. It's bad. Not at all professional. Management is the issue. They should all be sacked.
