Phone interview -> online interview -> in person interview made sure to ask if i would be let known on the next steps regardless of what the outcome is at the end of the week. i didnt hear back, so i reached out to them a week later. it is nearly a week and there was no response to that follow up. :/

I went through two rounds of interviews for this position. The first was a recruiter screening - 30 minutes - standard salary expectation questions and questions about experience with 3 behavioral type questions. The second interview was an in-person interview with the hiring manager that lasted 1 hour. Also pretty standard questions and more of a conversation around the role and my experience. It’s my understanding there would have been two additional in person interviews following the hiring manager screening.

The interview process is average. There are typically 3 rounds of interviews before an offer is extended. Interviews focus heavily on behavioral questions, so be prepared to provide specific examples in your answers.
