I was scheduled for an interview with the hiring manager. It was my first interview in a while so I didn't do too well. Was told the interview process would also involve a panel interview with the team. They had a paper with the questions they were going to ask, provided by the company.

It was a relatively simple panel interview with multiple people, from related fields to the administrative job I was applying for, who asked me job-related questions. I thought it was neither easy nor difficult and was around what I expected for the position.
