I understand that companies receive an awful lot of applications for vacant positions these days. It's perfectly fine to reject a candidate. But one should have the courtesy of letting the candidate know of the result. How difficult is it to send an message, even an automated one, saying " Sorry you were unsuccessful" ? I had to manually login to their site and check the status every day. Speaks volume about the company.
It went very smoothly. The recruiters were professional and responsive. I was always updated on the status of my interview process and results and feedback. Overall ten out of 10.
