Initial screening call (15 mins) then interview (hour). Was very simple and smooth! Excellent in-house recruitment team who were completely professional and very helpful. The recruiter did a run through mock interview on the telephone the day before the interview which was really helpful. Overall was clearly a very organised recruitment process. Interview consisted of a 15 min excel exercise and 45 mins of interview, focusing on skills based question. Interviewer was lovely and made the process painless, and was more interested in just honestly getting to know me and my skills. Overall, very much recommend. Compared to a LOT of other companies in Manchester, this process is so simple and quick.
