It takes like two days. The problem is it’s all a big scam. I applied for one thing and ended up being a salesperson. Everybody ends up being a salesperson. They tell you that’s how the program works you have to be willing to be a salesperson in the “field” no matter the weather in order to work your way to the top or to the job that you REALLY applied for. It’s all lies. It’s a pyramid job structure. The second interview they show you how to lure people into buying their bags of makeup even in places where it says “No soliciting” that’s what you’re going to do all day long peddling/soliciting people the more bags - the more commission you earn. The worst part is that it gives you the impression that it’s an office job, when it’s clearly not. I interviewed with a different woman, she was going to be my leader once I accepted the job offer. They feed you this mentality that the worse that could happen is people saying “No” to your bag, but of course it’s all a big lie. They’re also super positive-la-di-da living in a bubble of their own making while clearly all these employees seemed to be working like tired horses for more than 8 hours for six days a week. A lot of people that interviewed in their second round hardly stayed because they knew this wasn’t what they signed up for. Be like those people. Be smart.
