Multi-step process involved meeting people from several different H2M offices. Questions were to the point and covered a range of topics. My advice is make sure you interview both with who will be your supervisor but also with someone on the board of directors, as they make all the high level decisions regarding promotions etc.

Meeting with HR first generic run of the mill questions regarding salaries basic qualifications, nothing technical. Followed by interview with hiring team which was done virtually. Some technical questions but an overall understanding of role and day to day function was described.
