I applied for an Experienced Tax Professional position after passing their Tax Knowledge Assessment. I got a call from the DGM who asked about my experience with tax preparation. We've discussed pay and location and an offer letter was sent afterwards

You need to pass more than 80% of their tax course to get an interview with Manager. They prioritize students with higher scores. They only ask questions to figure out if you have customer service skills. If the locations you wish to work have no available spots, they wont contact you after interview.

Very quick response to application. Interview was done via video link which was very convenient. Very Friendly and Easy to communicate with. Lisa made the process very pleasant and comfortable.

Via zoom meeting and not so elaborating process if have done course with them. Accounting studies would be best with any customer support or sales experience from past and it’s a seasonal job for around 4 months if you are thinking to take there level 01 course
