Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en H&R Block (Greencastle, IN) en mar 2014
Entrevista
Fairly standard interview. I had 1 phone interview w/ HR, 30 minutes. They asked me what department I wanted to work for. Then asked me about a time when I tried to do something new/ improve something but failed. They asked me about my background, what I was involved in at college. HR is really nice and I got the job 2 days after.

Behavioral interview they ask about your resume and why this company. Normal behavioral interview questions and tell me about yourself. What your greatest strengths are and weaknesses. Overall not that bad of a process and the people were nice and friendly.
The interview process began with an initial phone call with a recruiter, during which we discussed my background, experience, and the specifics of the job role. This conversation lasted about 30 minutes and provided a great opportunity for me to ask questions about the company culture and the expectations for the position. Following this, I was invited to participate in a virtual panel interview. This interview featured two managers from the department.
I had my interview online where it was first a HR interview where they asked me about my self and my previous experiences and after getting shortlisted there was another HR round where they asked about the basic accounting questions
