Very quick but there is this whole application part online. Mos of the interviews were made by the local office managers and They look at your personality to see if you're friendly and outgoing and rate you out of 3.

Great company! I enjoyed working there for the tax season. I learned a lot and everyone was very friendly. It gets extremely busy but it’s rewarding and you gain a lot of knowledge

Interviewed with the manager at one the office locations and she explained details about the job and tasks you would have to do. After the interview, the manager got back to me about the job.
