They start with a 2-3 month course, at the end of which those who did well in the course are offered a job. The course consists of training on various tax topics like child and dependent related credits, deductions, taxable income.

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
