I registered online for income tax class. It took about three months to finish. then after taking Income tax class I passed the test. I was interviewed for a tax associate position, in the same day I was offered the job. However, In Oregon you need to pass a state tax test that will take about four hours with score of 70% to be eligible for an employment with this company

They send a scheduling link. You speak with them for 30 minute and they'll get back to you with an offer. Tried reaching back out and was completely ghosted after receiving an offer.

Easy. After I finished the hours for the CTEC, I was interviewed. The interview was online through Microsoft teams. All they asked was my availability and professional experience. No hard questions. I was interviewed by the Multi Team Leader and District manger.
