You are required to take either the income tax course or the tax knowledge assessment. If they feel you have a decent amount of knowledge you will get called for an interview where they basically just ask your years of experience, pay rate and expectations.

It's an online interview. It's a three level interview. They will check your technical knowledge in detail and also communication and attitude .We don't get nervous during the interview . It will takes atleast thirty minutes.
