Met with the District Manager and discussed my backround, skills, and work availability. We also talked about training for the next tax season. Next on his list was a discussion about how to increase revenue for the office I was assigned to work.
First, I was asked some questions about my career background and why I was interested in the position. Then I was given some scenarios related to customer service, I had to explain how I would handle the situation. The interviewer made sure that I was acknowledged the role is seasonal.

Give one example to explain how you handled conflicts with your colleagues.
It was very easy over the phone interview. Once I applied I reviewed a call in less than 48 hours. She walked me through everything and set me up for class which is 6 wks long.
HR and manager together. Tell about yourself, your hobby. Ask your tax experience, how you feel to do tax by yourself. How flexible in tax season. And which location you prefer to work, do you mind to work other locations.
