Phone screening and then hiring manager. Phone screening went well. Recruiter was very nice. Hiring manager was a different story. She was late to the video call interview and she said had to step out from a meeting. She was literally outside and walking so I can tell she didn't have her full attention on me. She kept looking away from the camera and I knew within minutes of her being distracted that I wasn't even being considered for the position and it was a waste of my time. The recruiter mentioned that they needed someone ASAP but the process took 6 weeks.
