Interesting. I applied to a flagship store so the interview process was different from norm. First I had the regular phone interview, then I came into a store/office for a face to face interview with 2 managers. The last and final interview was a big group interview that but us through some fun and interesting tests to see our teamwork and hands on thinking in action. It was the funniest interview I ever went on actually.
I got an interview with 2 interviewer. Common questions and some of professional. They provided relaxed atmosphere, make me feel easy. Especially how to deal with some problems. Not too hard.

Entrevista
It was a group interview. They asked us about fashion and what we know about H&M and it’s background. We also had a task in groups to come up with good answers to the questions given, we also had to present.
It was a group interview, we did group tasks like styling people for different occasions and answering . It was pretty focused on the company values and if you have a love for fashion.
