I applied through the H&M website, after seeing the role advertise on a local jobs site. A few days later (on a Saturday) I got a call which was the telephone interview which lasted approx 7mins. I was asked to attend an interview the following Tuesday. At the interview I was asked the usual questions, talk about my career history, why am I suitable ect. I was told I would be contacted if I had been successful and this would lead to a practical interview. The next day I was called and told they would like me to progress to the practical interview the following day. I attended and it lasted over two hours. I had to work in the stock room security tagging & hanging clothes. Then on the floor sorting rails. I Also had to replace the clothes in the correct section of the store. While on the shop floor I was approached by costumer asking for advise on an outfit.

The interview process was very simple. I spoke to the store's manager about myself, interests and work experience. We then spoke about availability and spoke about typical shifts at H&M. We then spoke about salary expectations.
