It took very long and ended with negative. Since they hired someone internally. I have participated in 3 different interviews and it took more than 3 months. Some of them were online and some were face to face.0

I applied for the store designer position in January 2024. In march the talent acquisition for H&M contacted me and we had a voice interview. I didn't make it thru to the next round because of the salary. A few months later the talent acquisition contacted me again as another designer has left and the hiring manager would like to interview me. I managed to get through to the final round and later I got ghosted. I've sent the talent acquisition 'Recio' a follow up email as I didn't receive feedback. I'm so disappointed in how this was handled. 4 interviews later and they didn't have the courtesy to inform me that I didn't make the cut. A few weeks later I saw another position for a store designer - looks like designers come and go in that company.
