Got an email (in a week after applying) to set up a phone interview. The questions asked during the interview were very standard, but I blew it on my own. The phone interview was about 20 mins.

It was disorganized and took entirely too long. I first had a 30 min phone interview with a recruiter. I took an assessment and was told I would have an in person interview 2 weeks later. It took H&M 2 weeks to reach out to me to schedule the in person interview that was 2 weeks later. The in person interview was with 2 local District Controllers. I was informed I would be passed along to the next round, which would be my final round. Oh I wish it was that easy! I received an email 2 weeks later that I had another phone interview with another District Controller. I had my phone interview and was instructed I had to complete another assessment. I completed the assessment and 4 weeks later, I received communication from the District HR Manager and Region Controller that I would have another in person interview. At this point, the interview process had taken 3 months. When I had my first in person interview, I inquired about the open positions within the company and there were several throughout the country. During my final interview, 3 months later it appeared that the once open positions were now filled. So I am not sure why I was brought in for a final interview when the open positions had been filled.
