Had a phone screen with recruitment and then they set up a date to meet with managers for a face to face interview. Meet with one or two managers they ask about your past experience, why you want to work there and what you know about the company. Very friendly and inviting environment. I felt comfortable

Entrevista
Group interview with both groupwork and individual questions. The group is about 10 people and we were divided randomly into groups to discuss some scenario and how we would react.
Interview with store manager and got a short tour of the store. Asked questions regarding things from resume and asked personal questions to get to know more about you as a person to see how you will fit in the team.
It was a chill interview session. The whole interview only lasted for about 15 minutes. The interviewer just asked about my background and also asked some situational questions to see how i would approach certain customer related situations
