I applied on HM.com got an email 3 days later to come for an interview the following Saturday. It was a group interview with 4 other people, we went around the room answering the questions the hiring manager asked us. If they liked you they will call you back for another interview.

It was lovely, very interactive. Getting to meet new people, seeing the H&M store was really nice. The supervisor was really professional and warm. First we got to know each other, then did a question and answers round with everyone, situation based, customer service based, questions to display your skills etc, talking about H&M values and then we had a group task, to come with a outfit based on the provided situation.
