Interview for heb was easy, they really try to get to know your character. If you’re friendly and nice it should be a breeze. Definitely come prepared and ready to answer stuff
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.
