In my interview their were about 20 people in a room. We were asked to stand up and introduce ourselves. After everyone was introduced we watched a few videos and were asked scenario questions such as what characteristics should an item in the produce have in order for it to have good quality.

Name, What position you are applying for, What you like to do for fun, and any past employee experiences. What is an acceptable amount of days to take off within 3 months? What qualities to look for in products
3 rounds. First is a panel interview with other candidates. Second is a one-on-one with the department manager, who will show you around the store and department. Third is pretty much a signed off with the managers and UD.

The H-E-B interview process is friendly and straightforward, usually involving a brief phone screening followed by an in-person interview focusing on customer service, availability, and teamwork skills. Just have open availability and you should be good
