The person has to pass 2 interviews, Then pass background check, and drug test then you will be able to start training. It is sometimes weird that interviews are done on weekends. Managers want open availability for full-time position. Make sure not to ask way too much about the benefits because then they wont hire you. Thats what happened with a women manger got the impression of she just wanted the benefits and didn't care about anything else.

2nd: An individual interview with the department manager you're applying for, more personal questions to get know you, your hours and goals
3rd: Interview with UD and specific department manager, so the UD know if you can follow up with what you said in interview 2
