I had a total of 3 interviews including the first which was a digital interview. Your phone or computer screen asks a series of questions and you record yourself giving the briefs answers. They were typical interview questions and you must dress like a traditional interview. The whole process was great and the managers were down to Earth and kind people.
The Perishable Associate interview includes an application, a brief phone screen, and an in-person interview focused on customer service, handling perishables, physical requirements, and availability, often followed by training on safety protocols.
