Workshop available for preparation is invaluable prior to interviews for internals. You need Unit Directorapproval to have a chance, first round is a group interview with 4 stages. One on one interview, computer test, 1 minute stress test, 15 minute group activity and presentation.
About half make it through round one so preparation is key. Round 2 is. One on one interview with the regional department manager for your department, everyone tells you it is a gimme, it is not prepare for tough questions.

Entrevista
First round was a phone interview that lasted about 30 min. should hear back in a week or 2 if selected for next round of interviews. They asked normal interview questions regarding experience and how I help others become better. Interviewer was very positive and upbeat which made for a relaxing interview process.

Entrevista
Face to face interview with a store director after application packet had been accepted. When I passed that interview, I was notified and given a invite to a second interview with person that would be training me over a six week process, this part of the question was more open back and forth conversation. I was given a third interview with the head the department and human resources this was the final one in the process it was a open conversation but a more to the point of common sense questions of how would deal with certain situations that could arise. I feel that the interview process is very slow however you have lots of internal candidates as well as external to narrow down.
