-Started with virtual interview a bunch of video questions all behavioral, at the end you get two coding questions(not hard at all might take a bit though) -After successfully passing hirevue assessment a recruiter reached out and called me for phone screening -Interview with hiring manager, pretty smooth more like a conversation where hiring manager asked about my skills and experience -Interview with three team members, same thing as above pretty much them asking me questions and me asking them For people hoping to find answers to coding questions, while technical skills are important they promote learning and are willing to teach so make sure to focus on behavioral based questions. Basically if you really want to work for heb, show drive, and can take about your skills and past work you will do good. Process took about 4 - 5 months
Hiring Manager Directly, have a connection and I was a referral. We have a polite conversation. The hiring manager was the Director of Innovation and Director of Data Science. We have a conversation for around two hours about my experience and a feedback session

First round recorded interview for Level Up program. The system used was comprised of several recorded non-technical interview questions and some multiple choice options. The interview questions would focus on your situational experiences and behaviors. The multiple choice questions mainly pertain to your experience level.
