Three rounds of interviews including initial screening. At the end of the process I was told that the team wanted to hire me and discussed (and agreed) terms with the HEB recruiter. Was told that I had the job and would get an offer the following week. Then I was ghosted! No response to emails - yes you know who you are KJ and JF! Not sure what happened but it's basic business ethics and common courtesy to at least let candidates know after investing so much time.
