It was 30 minutes with the department manager when I started at the deli. The manager was easy going and enthusiastic, while talking about ways to move up in the company.

Entrevista
The interview process was very relaxed and not necessarily stressful. I began by applying for the position via the H-E-B careers website. Next, I completed the digital interview which was essentially answering a few questions related to the position on camera. After I was approved for an in-person interview, I was sent a link to set up a meeting. I then sat down with a store leader for the final interview, then I was given an offer shortly after.

It was involved. There is a lot of steps, first a virtual interview and then an in person interview. It was a little difficult to navigate but I got it done.
Very laid back and easy interview process. There were two interviews, the first being a group interview and the second being a one on one interview. The interviewer was just the manager you will be working under and
