Gave scenarios and asked how you would solve the issue. (For example: a customer is angry that a bagger bagged her groceries poorly which resulted in a spill. What would you do to resolve the issue?) Also asked about my school hours and personal hobbies.
The online interview through HireVue had relatively straightforward questions and was a quick process overall. However, it took a while (about a month or so) to get a response back after submitting the video interview.

Entrevista
I applied online. Within a day, I was invited to complete a video "interview" through HireVue. (You answer questions in front of your webcam and HireVue records your responses.) Before I had a chance to do the video interview, I was called/screened by a recruiter within 3 days from first submitting my application. I received a link to the HEB site where I could schedule an interview. Came in 4-5 days later and they had no record of anyone interviewing that day, the managers weren't in, they only did interviews on Monday, etc . All other candidates had been contacted by the head cashiers instead of the recruiter and scheduled for a group interview on Monday. I was told I could come, but there was no guarantee they would see me. I called the recruiter and he arranged a 1:1 interview about 4 days later on a Wednesday. Came in and interviewed for about 40 minutes. I was told I would hear back by the end of the day, when another manager would come in to discuss candidates. Received the rejection email 4 days later.
